My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is conveniently located, which is a major plus for accessing attractions. However, the service was lacking, and I faced several issues with my room that detracted from the overall experience. While the dining options were enjoyable, the cleanliness and room conditions left a lot to be desired.

The rooms were quite dated and in need of remodeling. I was disappointed to find stains on the sheets and experienced issues with air conditioning in two different rooms before settling for a less than ideal option.

The service was inconsistent. While some staff tried to be accommodating, many were unresponsive. I encountered significant delays with room service, and there seemed to be a lack of staff available to assist with inquiries.

My stay at Park MGM was a mix of wonderful experiences and a few drawbacks. The hotel overall felt very modern and fresh, with some great amenities like a solid pool area and clean rooms. Dining options left something to be desired, but the location was strategic for accessing many attractions on the Strip. While the staff was helpful, the restaurant choices were limited and didn't quite meet expectations. Still, the value for the price paid was impressive.
